Not organized - same questions from each interviewer. Interviewers didn't even know what role they were interviewing for or what the responsibilities of the role would have yet due to transition. Not very friendly or welcoming. Lots of "lifers" who constantly said, "I've been here for XX years..." which implied that they weren't open to fresh blood or new ideas.
