After your CV is successfully screened, you will be offered to proceed to the next stage to prove your translation skills. The process was extremely rigorous and focused heavily on proving language skills under pressure. The translation test was conducted live via video call with the camera watching me to prevent the use of dictionaries, online translators, or any external help. When translating, I had to keep as close to the English meaning as possible and use correct spelling, grammar, accents, and punctuation throughout. I'd say that some phrases were tricky to translate, as it is hard to predict what version they would want to hear.
