A fortuitous meet up with one of their engineers allowed both parties to discover similar engineering mindsets, and a great engineer with impressive background as far as I was concerned.
This lead to a call with their main HR person, a wholesome guy with whom I seemed to connected as well - coming in for onsite interviews made sense.
The outcome was disappointing - the brief story being: I met with their key exec, with whom a growing sense of 'perfect match' kept on building up.
Until, I brought up the subject of Agile and Scrum - a practice we both seem to appreciate differently.
Bottom line: Engineers thriving in one-week sprints environments should give this a try, they'll start with bonus points.
