Took a test which included all mechanical and hydraulic aptitude tests then interviewed with several different people. Was told someone would be contacting me to no avail. Supposedly it's about who you know rather than aptitude and credentials. Possibly a blessing in disguise...I only hear negative things about working there from others.

Three steps to the interview process: Phone screen, HR Interview with mechanical aptitude test, Shift Manager Interview. Typical behavioral type questions at both interviews which after having worked there seemed a bit excessive.

I was greeted by the interviewer and taken to a conference room for the questions. After that, I was given a multiple choice mechanical competency exam. Once that was completed, the interviewer gave me a tour of the facility.
