I went through five rounds of interviews for their Head of People position, and they ghosted me!!!! For all that time spent prepping and having conversations with their team, the LEAST they could have done is write me a one line email updating me on my status. I understand they're pre-seed stage and are very busy, but just ignoring someone after going through that many rounds is unacceptably rude.
