Very clear, structured and productive conversation with Recruitment. Hiring manager (CRO) interview was one directional, one dimensional and didn't bring value in terms of identifying a fit for the role. The questions were rapid fire, factory style prompts with no deep-dive or nuance desired. The pragmatic approach, which is vital for a role like this was never discussed, nor was a conversation of any depth taking place to truly understand each other and the challenges that the business faces.
