One prescreening interview and one in person interview. Questions were trying to gauge personality type. There was four people in my interview; one person was the HR representative. They seemed focused on your character rather than past work experience. I got the offer with no past oil and gas background.

It lasted about one hour. There were personal questions and situation based questions. It was a relaxed and comfortable environment. You will hear back from them as soon as they finish interviewing other candidates - which may take a while since most of the positions at Plains involve travel.
