Recruiter reached out via LinkedIn and set up a few phone calls to discuss the role. Created a project relevant to the role to discuss onsite. While onsite, the team was very friendly and fun to talk to. I had an amazing time throughout the whole process and was happy with what they tested me on. Interview process involved a lot of studying about Plaid's products, but there was never a dull moment because they have a great product. Received rejection email 2 days after onsite. Would've loved to get some feedback so I could keep improving though.
