For new grad position. OA->Phone->VO. The bar is highly mysterious. In phone I didn’t even get a fully function code but still passed. In vo my code was perfect and I didn’t remember make any mistakes even verbally, but still rejected.

Interview process focused more on general problem-solving skills algorithmically through design questions, not really Leetcode. Unprofessional standards, untimely responses and not evaluating on a rolling basis, overall a waste of your time.

Recruiter scheduled a phone interview, moved it earlier than scheduled, then moved it later multiple times with less than 24 hours notice before no-showing to the interview without notifying me
