The interviewer was polite but insisted I had to be clean-shaven in order to serve there. For those of you with sensitive skin, beware. For the level of service seen at other Pizzeria Locale locations, this qualification did not make sense to me, as I'd worked at another nicer restaurant down the same street and been fine with a well-cropped beard.
