very brief interview no longer than 10 mins anyone who gets an interview gets brought on for 6 weeks probation, i was told my shifts for the following week after the interview was over. 5 people were brought on probation when i started and 3 got jobs at the end. very easy to get kept on if you show up on time and do as they ask.
