I applied online, then in about 2/3 weeks received a call which was a phone interview,The manager was really nice, she asked about my experience, availability and other questions to get to know me like my hobbies and see what kind of person I am then she explained the pay to me. It lasted about 10 minutes then she invited me along to a face to face interview and a "challenge".
So my second interview was a couple days after the phone interview, it lasted about an hour and the manager refreshed her mind on a some of the precious questions as well as a bunch of other new ones. I then filled out a questionnaire then had to sell an item of the menu to her. I'm assuming she was pleased with my performance as she offered me the job that day! Which I'm due to start the following week

easy and friendly, it was fun, informative and they made me feel at ease. I was asked fun questions. and I would be interested in learning more about the process
It was a good interview overall. They asked basic questions in a more conversational tone, with a focus on current skills and future goals. The end of it was basically going through the job duties

Entrevista
Very informal, just asked a questions around theoretical situations (E.G. "Tell me about a time where you had to change plan"). The interview was basically just a chat about yourself and how well of a fit you'd be.
