      Entrevista para Sales Executive

      Solicitud

Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Pixly (San Francisco, CA) en jul 2024

      Entrevista

Interview involved four different interviews: - First being from a external recruiter - Second being with the SVP of Sales - Third being with the CEO - Fourth being with the SVP of Sales but you had to present a 20 page max presentation. The recruiter was extremely nice. Probably the most helpful recruiter I have ever talked to. The SVP and CEO seemed nice but considering how the aftermath of the candidacy went, I feel there are ulterior motives. Upon being rejected for the role, they gave me a reason which seemed somewhat reasonable but not detailed enough considering how much work I put into the proposal. The amount of questions that needed to be answered could probably not have been answered within 18 pages unless the design and clarity of the proposal would be compromised. After asking them to elaborate on why they rejected me the CEO told the VP to tell me it was because of my experience in another area that they failed to question me on and allow me to elaborate on. Upon asking them why they would bring up a subpar reason to disqualify me, the VP said they would provide me one in two weeks since the CEO was away from office. Mind you they were already saying he was OOO two weeks before this as well. Considering that also a significant part of the proposal is designated towards pitching a company they designated, I feel this company is taking advantage of it candidates to do free work for them. This company is a huge red flag. The amount of work that was needed for the proposal should have been paid for or at least compensated with detailed and legitimate feedback.
