It started with a phone interview, and then an onsite interview. It was a very long interview (2 hrs) They spent more time talking about their company barbecue than the actual interview questions. Additionally, after giving an answer to the interview question, they would digress into a small detail of your answer for 20 minutes. I suggest coming to this interview prepared to talk about details. Further, this has been a very long process. It started in February with the phone interview, then in early March I had the onsite one. It is now May and I have not heard anything from the company. I went with another job offer, but this company should work on fixing their lengthy process.
