The interview process was good. 1st round was telephonic. 2nd round (1:1) was purely technical about DevOps and QA Practices. 3rd round (1:1) was managerial round. 4th round (skype/ any other tool) was with US Client at night. I cleared all the rounds and even the US client was really happy with the discussions. I was 100% confident to get the offer letter but when I contacted the HR they said your profile was not recommended without any reason although it was a 100% matched profile. So it's a request to companies to at least give feedback/reason for rejection to the candidates. Being a product based company, it's a courtesy to provide feedback to candidates.
