Interview is mostly contingent on being able to demonstrate your local market knowledge (Tampa is a relatively small market...most of the "Big Billers" know each other). Predominantly shop talk & name dropping...I mean that in a good way. The interview is not wasted on redundant/silly questions like "how would you...when have you...what would you...", if you're a proven veteran in the industry- it'll come through in general conversation.
