Entrevista
5 rounds. First round with the recruiter, then with the Sales Director, then 2 calls with 2 sales managers on each call, then final interview with the manager who's team I was ultimately put on.
First round interview was over the phone and included the basic background questions and examples of my performance in similar roles. The interviewer was friendly and professional, asking situational and behavioral questions related to sales strategy, account management, and customer engagement. It lasted about 30 minutes and focused on alignment with the company’s mission and sales culture.

Phone screening with recruiter followed by 1:1 zoom with HR following by multiple in-person rounds in office. Was a good experience, questions are quite typical and given the role, they were curious how I’d tackle sales.
