      Interviewees beware -- Pitchbook is a company that, unfortunately, will waste your time. They seem to have their ideal candidate picked out from the beginning but still take you along the journey for the sake of formalities. As another user stated, the interview will feel almost "too easy" because the interviewer doesn't actually care about what you're saying, just offering "Okay, thats great" and "Yeah, awesome" as a response to all of your answers. I knew something was fishy but they kept moving me along, two interviews and one project total. I spent hours doing the project (which I know was good) for them to send a generic rejection email and offer no feedback. I'm no stranger to company's changing their minds, but this was a blatant display of a company interviewing just because. I'd even take it one step further and say to pay extra attention if you are a minority as they have to interview minorities to avoid allegations of discrimination. However, if you take a look at their LinkedIn page, the racial bias is very, VERY clear.

      They first got back to me 2/3 weeks after I had first submitted my resume. HR contacted me for a phone screening, after which I did an aptitude test. Did a virtual interview with the hiring manager, and then did a written assessment. HR then contacted me for the final round, which was an interview with the same hiring manager, then an interview with the director for the department on the same day. They said it was the last round, and HR would contact me again. Appreciate HR for being communicative with me throughout the process. It took around 3 weeks to schedule all the rounds.

      The questions they asked were relatively easy. They asked many STAR questions. 3 rounds total, phone screen, zoom, 3rd in person at Pioneer Square with 2 people, the manager and people on team.

      I had a great interview experience with PitchBook. The process was smooth, transparent, and efficient, with a quick turnaround at every step. 3 stages, took about 3 weeks in total. The recruiter was engaging and made me feel respected and valued throughout. I received clear insights into the role and the potential for growth within the company.
