The interview process involved two phone interviews with the hiring manager and someone on the development team. After the first phone interview they assigned a small programming assignment related to the position. The last part of the interview process that I was a part of was a three part interview in person, explaining your programming assignment, asking questions about SQL, and finally asking about a solution to a problem they give you.
