The interview process was prolonged, spanning multiple steps and an assignment, with significant delays of several weeks between each phase. Transparency throughout the process was lacking, which was disappointing. To improve, clearer communication and more streamlined scheduling could enhance the candidate experience.

The process was very pleasant and respecting. From the HR who was very nice and patient, through the interviewers who were professional. And most important, after being declined, had a thorough overview and feedback.
