Heard nothing for about 6 weeks, but was then informed of an interview. There was no initial phone screen and discussion of suitability and salary scope etc, which I found weird. Then the job title was changed, which is something I would have liked to have discussed during an initial screening. During the interview, it seemed to be more about processes than the person. The next phase was a case study. Then nothing. I would have thought that after spending time prepping for an interview, doing the interview and case study, you might at least get some feedback. Just a generic email, the type you would get at the very start before a phone screen. I asked for feedback a few times, but got nothing. Overall, in my opinion, this was unprofessional, and above all else, very disrespectful to the candidate.
