Spoke with hiring manager on phone, described level of experience, was invited to do a second interview in person. The second interview was with both the hiring manager and another technical lead. Discussed experience again, with some light problem solving. At the end of the second interview, I was told I may be contacted in the next week to meet with the rest of the team. Did not hear from the company again after that. The two individuals I interviewed with were definitely well-versed in .NET development, and asked great questions. I had a number of questions about the company, and they were very open and frank in their responses.
