Phone interview with an internal recruiter. Overall call was positive and conversational with an easy flow. The recruiter indicated that my experienced aligned with the role requirements. She adamantly stressed to to follow up with her in one week if I didn't receive any further contact. Since I hadn't been contacted, I emailed her twice per her instructions. I never received a response. While I understand that recruiters are extremely busy, it only takes 30 seconds to send a 'we've moved on' email.
