I applied in September of 2016. I was contacted by a Talent Acquisition Specialist and conducted a brief interview over the phone. I was then contacted by an HR person from the HQ in Ann Arbor, MI, and conducted an over the phone interview. After that, I was invited to have an in person interview, where I was interviewed by a Director, a Department Head, and an Office Manager. 2 of these individuals were in Maryland, so it was a Skype/office interview. Then I was offered the position about a week later by email. The process overall took about 2 months. Also, there was background check, employment verification, and drug screening which all had to be passed.
