Entrevista
Talked to recruiter then was told I was being recommended to the hiring manager. Took over a month to get the meeting set up and only a day notice. It wasnt billed as an interview, but a "meet-and-greet." Apparently it was a half-baked interview. It was scheduled for 30 minutes and the manager got irritated when I had to leave for another interview after 45 minutes. They asked me to complete writing samples. I did both and provided some like academic papers. Awful communication throughout the process which did not set me up for a successful process.

Entrevista
First is a phone screening with HR and providing a writing sample. Next is interview with your direct leadership. My interviewer (now boss) was very considerate. This is a place where they really try getting to know who you are vs. getting straight to the “sell yourself.” It felt a lot like a conversation about my knowledge in the field of risk management/ intelligence. The final interview is a panel interview with the client you’re matched up with, which is typically similar questions, sometimes more relaxed.

Entrevista
First interview with HR was incredibly difficult, with detailed questions about the pharma industry. HR did not seem interested in my answers and yawned throughout, which I found very unprofessional. It seemed like they were in a rush to hire and got me to the second interview within a few days which was a panel interview of 5 people. I was nervous about it at first, but everybody asked good, standard questions and was very friendly. However after this I got ghosted completely and never heard back.
