The interview had two stages: a 30 min call with the line manager asking general questions about my experience and also giving me more information about the company. The second interview was a design challenge where I was asked to design the mockups in response to a specific brief and then present it to the managers and Lead designer. This was followed by questions regarding my design choices and the process. I thought the whole experience was very positive and found the people kind and open.
