Entrevista
This was by far the most fun and straight-forward process I had the pleasure to participate.
The following phases were part of it:
Initial phone screening;
CCAT Assesment;
Take-home test, the requirements were not difficult to implement (in fact, it was quite fun and I really enjoyed it) and very relevant for the position;
Chat with the team - again, I really enjoyed, it felt more like a casual chat than an interrogation (which unfortunately is still very common). The behavioural part of it was also great, the questions were straight to the point and not those "tell me about a time..." which most of the times can only evaluate how good of a storyteller you are.
Overall, a great experience and I felt all questions were relevant for the role. I ended up staying at my current company because the counter offer was just too good (not moneywise, but for personal reasons), but it was definitely bittersweet, cause I really loved the team at Ping from the little time I spent with them.

Interview Process :
1 -> Technical Round taken by one of the principal engineer focusses on DSA ( leetcode - easy/medium), Java concepts and Basic LLD/HLD.
Able to answer DSA + LLD/HLD. Didn't answered Java questions since not from java background.
2- Technical Round taken by one of the principal engineer focusses on DSA ( leetcode - easy/medium) with HLD Question.
Was able to answer all including contour questions on HLD design.
3 - Hiring Manager Round by Senior Director of engineer focusses on basic experience questions.
Got call from HR, was told that all reviews are positive and asked for documents regarding payslips, last offer letter etc.
1 week later got call from HR that my profile is shifted to another vertical that operates in US and would have to give technical interview's again :
1 - Had 30 min discussion with Senior EM of US team, discussion on my experience and some technical questions. - This went really well.
2 - Technical Interview with Staff engineer who has no idea about Time Complexity asked 2 DSA questions. Answered them pretty easily with passing all test cases on leetcode.
Couple of days later HR informed that US team had rejected mentining no exp with GCP( I never mentioned in my resume). She mentioned that India team is still considering and will let me know in few days.
It's been more than 1month and HR has ghosted me with calls/msgs/email.
Not sure what Engg team wants from candidate or even they read resume specially staff engineer. would call myself lucky to not work with that person.

Entrevista
Almost typical tech interview. You have to do CCAT on top of that. Why you need to do this I have no clue. It assesses nothing and is a waste of time. They also record you doing it lol
After CCAT its easy tech interview.
Starts with phone screen which is a rapid fire type of tech trivia
Then take home
Then 2 hour onsite which includes take home review and few more technical questions. Overall not hard
Moves fairly fast. Got an offer the same day of interview.
