Really disorganized. HR first sent me a rejection email for the job I applied to, sent an email saying she made a mistake, another email for an interview request for the wrong job, then finally an interview request for the right job. She was 11 minutes late to my initial phone screen, was driving, and put herself on mute most of the time. I felt rushed and she seemed very impersonal and tuned out. I asked for an update a few times and finally received a response 2 weeks later saying they're still in the interview process. 10 weeks later, I get a generic rejection email. I don't recommend working with PGR or even wasting your time applying for a job. I won't work for companies that have cowardly hiring processes, so I feel really lucky to have dodged a bullet.
