Got a call the next day to come in for an interview. That took about 20 minutes. If you are selected to move on then you will go to an offsite location 45 minutes away and tag long with someone and are asked to answer some questions afterwards. Then your interviewed onsite and if you make it to the third round you have to explain 3 reasons why you should be hired in an email to both interviewers. They will call you back that day and let you know if you have been hired.
