The recruiter was fabulous and kept in close contact throughout the process. However, this process took nearly two months and 6 interviews. 1st interview - Recruiter phone call (30 min) 2nd interview - Hiring Manager and another team member (60 min) 3rd interview - Interview with two other team members (60 min) 4th interview - Conversation with director of the department (30 min) I am then told that someone I interviewed with had a separate opening in their department that they wanted to consider me for. Cue two more 30-60 minute interviews. One week later, I'm told they are moving in another direction. Meanwhile I've received nothing but positive feedback for the whole process. When I ask if they can give me any feedback as to why (especially after spending 5-6 hours total in interviews), I'm not given a reason. Everyone I interviewed with was so lovely and nice. However, despite all that time, I got no offer and was given no feedback. It's incredibly exhausting and disappointing. I just wish I knew what it was that made them pass on me after so much time.
