In the unemployed world today everything is online. When you get a chance for a face to face interview don't blow it. Be prepared have answers for their questions- why our company- describe your duties at your previous job- what do you know about our company. I was extremely nervous an unprepared. I did not do any research and feel like an idiot for not doing so. I have not had an interview in 9 years- it's a rough market out there.
