There was an initial video interview and then once this was approved, you would get to stage 2 where you are in a competitive assessment centre (online). The assessment centre consisted of other graduates who applied to the same/other roles within Pilgrims Food Masters. At times during the assessment centre, we would be competing/acting like we could lead the team and showing our assessors how we stand out. I don't think this type of assessment centre structure works in the real world of working together as it promotes competition and rivalry amongst one another. I didn't understand how "acting" like you were the one who talked the most meant that you could pass onto the next stage interview. No personalised feedback was given for this interview process despite lots of preparation, video interviews recorded and sent, and a test centre assessment. Please work on this as graduates work hard and prepare thoroughly for these types of assessments.
