I applied online and within a week, the HR Manager called me and asked the basic questions in about a 15 minute conversation. She then set me up for a phone interview with the QA Manager. That call asked about my experience and basic knowledge, and lasted about 15 min. I was then contacted again and invited for an on-site interview. Within two days, they called and make an offer.
