I had a phone interview followed by onsite interviews with technical, project and recruiting personnel. There was some brief negotiation via email once an offer was extended. The interviewers were supportive but effective at measuring talent.

Agency booked the initial technical phone interview. Interviewer called on time, did a basic screening on core technologies for half hour. At the end of interview, I was asked any questions from my end. I was called in for Face to Face interview with an architect and Resource manager . Interview was roughly for 100 minutes. Questions were on projects I worked and technologies used, very exhaustive. On clearing the Face to Face Interview, offer was made in couple of days. Their interview to offer was very fast. You can negotiate smaller raise, it will be through agency. Recent interviews has an additional written technical test for some jobs. My advice to interview candidates is to be well versed in core technologies and frameworks you used. If you don't know, please say so as the architects employed in ioko are very talented and also reasonable, they don't not come to conclusion based on couple of wrong answers. Very talented & friendly people, be prepared to move across projects, highly agile teams. In terms of technology, you will be working with the best and so be prepared to give your best as high standards are expected. Work is the only culture nothing more, be prepared to travel to client sites.
