I did a 5 minute interview over the phone. They called me during working hours and I couldn't pick up in my office, so they repeatedly called 6 times or so and left 2 voicemails. I wasn't able to do the interview during the single slot they offered me, so she said I was disqualified. Then she called back and offered me an in-person interview the following week. I asked if they would fly me there for the interview but she said they cannot (they can because they've offered it to me before). I asked if they would validate my parking and she said Piedmont doesn't pay for parking. The interview was a waste of time and unprofessional. A colleague of the recruiter open the closed door to make a Keurig coffee. At the end of the interview, she asked me if I was told the salary, and I replied 'no'. She tells me what it was and I asked if it was negotiable.. she said " No it not, but you can go ask my manager" and pointed to the door. I should've known better than to waste my time with this company. They offer low pay and require you to take on a lot of responsibility so you can standby to get on full flights for free. Do not work for the regionals (envoy, piedmont), go straight for Mainline AA, where the pay and treatment is better.
