Initial meeting was with the recruiter, basic questions such as expectations of the role and the recruiter then explained the role and answered any questions I had. Second interview was with the director of underwriting. Then the third interview was three different rounds. The cool thing is a manager and an underwriter are the ones interviewing you.

Entrevista
Spoke with a recruiter initially who did a really good job at introducing Pie as well as the role in general. The culture of the company was well described as well as the expectations and scope of the role. Then went on to a technical interview followed by three more interviews with team members. I was able to stay in touch with the recruiter throughout the process and was always there to help with any questions or concerns I had. Overall it was an enjoyable experience and was as stress free as possible.

Entrevista
I applied and soon after a recruiter reached out to me. The conversation with the recruiter was pretty relaxed. I then interviewed with the team lead and was immediately put off. He was the most arrogant person I’ve ever spoken to in this industry - very much the type of guy who think you should pay Pie for the honor of working there. I immediately knew that I had no interest in working for him, so I withdrew my name from consideration after we finished our conversation.
