You have to do night shift and you shouldn't get proper sleep and work like a machine without proper week offs or leave. You have to inform 3-4 days in advance if you take a 1 day leave. Like seriously. She also mentioned '' I don't remember when I took a off or week off properly " this shocked me and made it clear, it's a no go. The HR is useless and she didn't even bother to let me know the next steps and never responded to text and calls after the interview was done. Even though I didn't say on call I won't join.
