I was ready for an actual interview when for my surprise the executive assistant was screening people with just random questions. 4 min during the interview she said she didn’t know what questions to ask because the actual hiring manager was traveling. When I asked what was the most challenging thing someone new in team could face she replied “communication.” Apparently the more the company grows the teams don’t know how to communicate with each other. It seems very disorganized.
