The interview process includes a phone screen with the HR, Engineering Manager, and a take-home quiz. There are 4~6 sessions on-site including reviewing the take-home quiz, leetcode algorithm, system design. Lunch chat with marketing, designer, product manager. Interview with mkt and designer, interview pm in a different session. They interview carefully to make sure candidates have a great culture fit.
