The interview they tell you to fill a lot of paperwork and stupid tests. Then they tell you you are the right candidate the same day, also you need to do a urinalysis for drugs. The process take two hours. After two days the y said I have another candidate, that's awkward and unprofessional told them what was the point of doing all of waist of time they said it's company process ridiculous.
