The interview process first consisted of a get to know you phone interview, followed by a face to face 1:1 interview. The 1:1 interview consisted of questions regarding experience, knowledge, communication, and the jobs being applied for. After the 1:1 there was a personality test followed by a typing skills test. After about 3-4 weeks, I was called and given the opportunity to accept a position. However, the HR person who did the hiring is no longer an employee for this company.
