The hiring process was tedious. Two days before the interview, I received an invitation letter at the end of the day, to ask me to prepare for tons of copies of my document (Household paper, ID, CV with portrait picture attached, Cover Letter with portrait picture attached, Certification) Even though when I applied for the position I had submitted both of my CV and cover letter already. When I arrived at the interview location, I was told to sit with other interviewees in a meeting room. Eight of us waited there for half an hour past the arranged time and people were anxious. One person asked a girl there how long it would take and she literally told us that her boss was taking to the clients and it is normal waiting for an interview for 4, 5 hours and it wouldn't be a group interview!!!. A lot of the people there was pissed, talking to each other about why didn't the company just seperated the group and arranged specific time slots so more time would be saved. Then, finally it was my turn, together with another candidate. All the interviewer does was to show off his knowledge in the field, talking rubbish. The interviewer even asked me personal questions and it was really weird. Overall, it was unprofessional and horrendous.
