My interview took place in three phases: 1. Screener with a recruiter (25 minutes or so). Basic get to know you questions, why are you interested in this job, why are you leaving your job, walk me through your resume, etc. 2. Case study and interview with a current team lead. They give you a few days to prep and you're expected to lead a 7-10 min presentation, then talk about your prep/thought process and your qualifications for the role in general. 3. 2.5 hour session (Director, Peer, Product Demo) - first they gave me 30 minutes to prepare for a new case study that I then presented to a Director along with a standard interview. Next, I had a peer interview that was very conversational and afforded me the chance to "interview" the company along with them interviewing me. The last segment was a product demo where a team member showed me a bit of the system to make sure I would be comfortable working with the software and asked me for my feedback on what I'd seen and insight on what I would highlight to customers. Throughout the whole process, everyone was super conversational, friendly, and professional. All interviewers gave ample time for questions and answered thoughtfully.
