First round is technical and second round is HR round In the HR round, they didn't provide a basic 30 percent increment itself. So I told them I am not willing to join and disconnected the call. Then HR called me and convinced me for 30 percent hike. Then she asked me to join the call again. Then she said manager wants to tell about their 2 policies which are 1. I will be there for 6 months in probation and if I am planning to resign in this period, then I need to pay them my 3 months salary. 2. Once they have raised the offer and if I have accepted that, then if i am not joining means I need to pay a 10 percent of the amount they have offered. Guys pls don't join this company. It feels like a trap
