No response at all to Calls/Mgs/Emails. 3 Rounds if Interview 1st round - We have to share our complete Financial history/Taxation via sharing Pan Card details in a video call. 2nd round interview-Technical 3rd HR Discussion

Pros: 1. It's a Super Rapid Process appreciable one. 2.Giving updates on Interview and Interview process as soon as the interview gets complete. Cons: During HR Discussion it makes the Candidate to Think Deep twice before Joining because of the policies they follow. 1. If the candidate declines the offer after accepting it, candidate must pay 10 percent from the offered CTC. 2. Asking to be in company for at least 18 months (mentioning it is not a bond). 3. Offering the CTC which is less than the candidates Current CTC. 4. Forcing to join with in 7 days - 10 Days after offer. 5. Before releasing the Offer itself they are checking the Candidate background in social media by asking their profile link to candidate itself. 6. Seems to be very Difficult to get Work - Life balance as we need to sacrifice the weekends.
