Do Not Fall For This Company!!!! I applied through LinkedIn and I got a call after 2-3 days from a person called Katia. After a very casual conversation, she asked me to give a test, which I agreed on. Because for Social Media Manger jobs this step is necessary. So it didn't look suspicious to me. But when I received the test I was shocked. It was made in a form of data collecting survey!! I did not complete the whole test because it was stupid. They were literally asking to collect Instagram influencer names and document for them! Anyway, after submitting the test they just vanished. I kept following up but I knew they were just faking an interview process. In reality they were getting their research work done for FREE! What a smart strategy. And yes I was absolutly right. After 1 month they just mailed me that 'THIS POSITION IS ON HOLD FOR FEW MONTHS' but if you are interested we have an opening for business development manager. Is this a joke? I have 5+ years of experience why would I be suddenly interested for a Business Development position. Please be careful of such fraud companies. They just want to get their work done, by exploiting us.
