Responded to an online help wanted site with a resume and contact info. Was contacted within the same week for a phone interview. Spent roughly 20 minutes on the phone answering and asking questions and was asked for a face to face the same day. Interviewed with warehouse manager and took a tour. Was offered a position later that same day. Very upfront and friendly people.
