Me postulé a través de una facultad o universidad. El proceso tomó 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Phillips 66

      Entrevista

Phillips 66 had representatives at our university career fair and also held an info session. I spoke to a representative at both, and also applied on my campus website for the general engineering position. The on-campus interviewer was friendly, encouraging, and an absolute pleasure to speak with. I was asked a few behavioral questions and given the opportunity to discuss anything else on my resume. She answered all my questions thoroughly. I was contacted by H.R. a week later to set up a phone interview with a supervisor for a specific position. The main goals of the phone interview were for me to learn about the position I was being recruited for and convey why I was interested. I was told at the end of the phone interview that the supervisor wanted to bring me on-site. H.R. coordinated my travel to and from the interview location and my hotel stay. The on-site interview consisted of 5 45 minute, back-to-back interviews. They paired me up with a variety of people to give me good insight into the specific position I was being recruited for. I really enjoyed the interviews. They kept me on my feet, but nothing overly difficult. Every interviewer had their own style. Some used questionnaires looking for STAR responses while others were more conversational. After the interviews, I was taken out to lunch and on a tour by an alum from my school. Finally, I met with HR to go over company benefits and next steps. I received a formal offer verbally and via email the following business day (I was told it would take 1-2 weeks). By far the best recruiting process I have experienced.
