After four weeks since applying on their WorkDay portal, I received an email from the HR recruiter requesting an intake interview. After successfully passing, I had a phone interview with one of the hiring managers. Two weeks later, I was requested to interview with more hiring managers & HR but didn’t hear back for another two weeks. I finally had another interview with the direct hiring manager, team director, and employee panel. No contact info was provided as I wanted to send a professional thank you letter for the interview. Three weeks later, I contacted my initial HR contact who then proceeds to tell me they filled the position with an internal candidate instead but doesn’t even apologize. Overall multiple interviews spanning 5+ hours over a three-month period.
