Very smooth process and the recruiters are willing to help the individual even do better in their next interview round. The teams are very interested in the individual and their motivation and ambitions.

The interview was split into two parts. First one was answering pre-recorded questions and playing a few games that tested my quick thinking skills. Second one was with the manager of the team.

To describe different situations where I had to for example take leadership in a team
It was a virtual assessment with 5 behaviour questions and 2 games to understand your working style. You will have only 1 chance to record your answer. 30 seconds to prepare and 3 minutes to talk.
